Contact Jody

   Mr. LaFleur joined our firm in 2022 and became a Partner in January 2023. He is from Alexandria, Louisiana and graduated from Holy Savior Menard Central Highschool in 1990. He attended Tulane University in New Orleans and graduated with a Bachelors in Sociology in 1994. After his undergraduate degree, he worked primarily in the hotel and restaurant industry.  He later founded, owned, and operated a niche payroll and human resources company which primarily served the hotel, restaurant, and other service industry providers.  Jody also provided executive recruiting services. Jody received a Masters in Business Administration from Western Governor’s University in 2013. He attained the SPHR designation from the Society of Human Resource Management. He graduated from University of North Texas Dallas Law School cum laude in 2017.
