John Treviño

John Treviño joined LeBoeuf Law as an Of Counsel Attorney in 2023. John has spent 25 years building a reputation in litigation. He focuses his practice on the areas of commercial litigation, cybersecurity, and data privacy.

John holds licenses to practice law in both Texas and California. Before starting his career in law, John served as a member of the U.S. Air Force Electronic Security and Intelligence Command.

After completing law school, John clerked for the Honorable Hilda G. Tagle of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Throughout his legal career, John provided general privacy and cybersecurity advice and counsel for over 15 years. He has operational experience with implementing frameworks and controls as a data privacy officer. John has had the opportunity to work as both outside and in-house litigator and transactional counsel.
